Michael C. Fina was feted with the coveted Employer of the Year award at Friday night’s dinner for the 6th annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business. Fina family members attended the awards gala at New York’s landmark Marriott Marquis, where we were finalists in four categories, which also included Best Young Entrepreneur for President Ashley Fina; Best Overall Company of the Year (Service Businesses with fewer than 2,500 employees); and Best New Product of the Year for Spark. Competition was stiff, but given our business of helping organizations recognize and reward their employees, taking the Employer of the Year title shows that we’re a company that practices what we preach – and that’s especially gratifying.
Ashley was presented with the award for Employer of the Year by Craig MacDonald, Chief Marketing Officer at event sponsor Covario, pictured together here.
